Therapy in Praxis offers support in Case Management and Direct Interventions Therapy-directed and Rehabilitation Case Management are active processes that involve the assessment of an individual and the development and implementation of a tailored therapeutic or rehabilitation programme.
This can include the co–ordination of all required treatments and services including housing, social, mobility etc to enable the child to reach their full potential or to facilitate optimal recovery and engagement in self care, social, leisure and vocational activities.
